Vladimir Frolov
Vladimir leads a number of special projects and programmes in the agency as well as participates in the realization of current federal and local projects in the field of public relations, marketing programme development, crisis reaction programme management, and development and implementation of specialized PR campaigns for political and public organizations and their leaders. Vladimir has over 20-years work experience in the field of political, psychological and sociological research, as well as over 15 years experience in the field of public relations. During his work in the industry, he organized and carried out approximately 100 communication and research projects at a regional and federal level for such companies as: Philip Morris, Acer, Rostelecom, Efes, Lukoil, Techtronix, Lockheed Martin, Irkutskenergo, KrasAir, Shell, Nikoil, RAO United Energy System, Planet Fitness, Eurochem, and also for the Russian Ministry of Railways, Russian Ministry of Industry & Energy, the Hungarian Ministry of Agriculture, the State Committee for Tourism in China and many others. Vladimir began his career still in the field of social research and projects while serving in the Russian Armed Forces, working in the Centre of Military-Sociological, Psychological and Legal Research. After discharge, he participated in several election campaigns, worked as the main expert in the public relations management of the Russian Trade & Industry Board and coordinated regional programmes at Burson Marsteller international agency. In 1996, he joined IMAGE-Contact consulting group where he became the deputy to the general director for project management, and in 2000 has headed Rakours-PR agency which conducted group projects in the field of business communications. Vladimir joined R.I.M. Porter Novelli as Chief Operating Officer in 2002, and from 2006 to 2008 held the position of CEO of the agency. Vladimir is a sociologist by education. In 1988, he graduated from the Military-Political Academy with a degree in teaching social studies. In 1992, he completed postgraduate study in the Russian Academy of Civil Service under the President of the Russian Federation. He is a candidate of sociological science, professor of the Higher School of Economics, and author of articles and publications in the field of sociology, psychology and management. |
